Walmart Black Friday 2026: Three Events, 14 Deal Days From Nov 12
Walmart's Black Friday season will be longer this year. On October 26, 2026, Walmart announced three holiday shopping events running from November 12 through December 2, adding up to 14 days of deals compared with 10 last year. For Marketplace sellers, that means more selling days, but also earlier inventory and pricing deadlines.
The 2026 schedule
According to Walmart's Oct 26, 2026 announcement:
| Event | Dates | Start times | Walmart+ early access |
|---|---|---|---|
| Early Black Friday Deals | Nov 12–15 | 12:01 a.m. ET online; 6 a.m. local in stores | Nov 12 (open to all Nov 13) |
| Black Friday Deals | Nov 23–29 | 12:01 a.m. ET online Nov 23; stores from 6 a.m. local on Nov 27 | Nov 23 (open to all Nov 24) |
| Cyber Monday Deals | Nov 30 – Dec 2 | 12:01 a.m. ET online | — |
Walmart says the events cover thousands of items, with thousands of gifts under $20 and 25 toys from its Top Toys list under $25. During the two Black Friday events, select online-only deals are reserved for Walmart+ members for the first 24 hours.
Longer than 2025
Retail Dive (Oct 26, 2026) notes that the three events total 14 days this season, up from 10 days in 2025. Last year's events ran November 14–16, November 25–30 and December 1 for Cyber Monday, per Walmart's 2025 announcement. This year, Cyber Monday alone grows from one day to three.
Other numbers worth knowing
- Shopper sentiment. In Walmart's own research, 60% of shoppers said gift and holiday prices affect how they feel about the season, and 70% said lower prices would make holiday shopping easier.
- Membership push. Walmart+ and Sam's Club Plus can be bought together for $120 a year, about $100 less than buying both separately, according to Retail Dive.
- Analyst view. Telsey Advisory Group wrote that "Walmart should be another winner this holiday season," Retail Dive reports.
- Coverage. TODAY (Oct 26, 2026) lists deals of up to 77% off in its early roundup (the article is sponsored by Walmart).
What it means for sellers (our analysis)
Your first deadline is earlier. The first event starts November 12, two days earlier than last year. If you sell through Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), inventory needs to be received and live before then. Seller-fulfilled items need stock on hand and realistic shipping promises.
Three Cyber Monday days change the plan. With Cyber Monday running November 30 to December 2, plan stock and ad budgets to last through December 2 rather than spending everything on one day.
Value matters. Walmart's messaging focuses on low prices and gifts under $20. Bundles, multipacks and giftable price points fit that story.
Watch overlap with other channels. Walmart's events overlap with TikTok Shop's Nov 11–30 campaign. If you sell on both, make sure inventory and pricing rules don't conflict.
Online starts before stores. The main Black Friday event opens online on November 23, but stores join only on November 27. Expect online traffic to build through Thanksgiving week rather than spike on Friday alone, so keep ads running and inventory visible from November 23.
Note on delivery perks. Walmart's release says the Walmart+ free delivery benefit excludes most Marketplace items, so your own shipping speed and price matter.
Seller checklist
- Confirm WFS inbound shipments will be received before November 12.
- Set promotional prices for Nov 12–15, Nov 23–29 and Nov 30–Dec 2.
- Check Walmart's pricing rules so promo prices aren't flagged as unreasonable.
- Plan Walmart Connect budgets for all three windows, with extra for Black Friday week.
- Check carrier cutoffs and our holiday shipping deadlines guide for seller-fulfilled orders.
- Review stock daily during each event and pause ads before you sell out.
